Alternative folk mastermind Blind Uncle Harry is set to release his new single, “I Have No Expectations”

Atypical in his artistic personality, Blind Uncle Harry is as unpredictable as he is charming. His genre-bending style allows him to create music that transcends genre conventions and mediocre categorizations but still has a foundational folk basis, making him a true gem of his time. With him, listeners can quickly recognize and relate to an artist who can sing a story as though he has lived it…his witty sense of humor makes everything better. Harry is just one of those rare breeds of artists, one who always delivers like he’s pregnant every time he gets into the studio or has his guitar by his side.

News coming from Harry’s camp is that he is gearing up for the release of his new single “I Have No Expectations” which is expected to officially debut on September 21, 2024.

Like his loyal fanbase and new listeners ingratiated with his craft have come to expect, “I Have No Expectation” is another charming and delightful piece with a glaring sense of humor and quite an agreeable instrumental foundation.

The track begins with the endearing strung flourishes that provide such an exquisite sonic foundation right before Harry makes his presence felt, performing that unforgettable chorus with his unmistakable voice.

The lyrics are deceptively simple with humorous twists and turns, typical of Harry’s unconventional artistry.

As for the ear worming instrumentation, a listener will definitely love the variety offered thanks to the gentle acoustic, the soul-touching accordion, some pennywhistle blossoms, and the distinctiveness in the execution.

“I Have No Expectations” is another enchanting addition to Uncle Harry’s impressive repertoire and one that will serve to elevate his lovable status even further.

The fourth single off of his upcoming album “Courage To Love,” “I Have No Expectations” couldn’t have come at a better time!

Mark your calendars for September 21st and check out Harry’s website, https://blinduncleharry.com/, for more information.
