Georgia-based singer-songwriter Avaraj’s “Ghost Me” is a highly addictive and well-rounded track with a relatable theme.

The same way music was there for her growing up, helping her cope, and continues to do so even today, Avaraj seeks to use her musical gifts to be that source of solace for anyone going through things. Her art can be seen as an innovation for resilience, a cure for the soul, and an aid in the healing process. This doesn’t necessarily mean that her music is all sad and gloomy. There are happy-go-lucky tunes that inspire you to dance your heart out and, in the process, forget about your troubles, even if for a mere three minutes. Her extensive discography showcases her as an artist that cannot be boxed; preferring to test the otherwise limitless bounds of her creative freedom and simply going where her creativity allows.

With a stunning blend of pop-flavored melodies, rap-stained cadence, and a strikingly beautiful brass trumpet at the core of the track’s melodic heartbeat, “Ghost Me” is indeed an all-in-one musical package. And that’s before we’ve added Avaraj’s bold and beautiful vocals of refined quality.

This track is about someone ghosting you, and not that plainly so. Have you ever experienced the kind of people who ghost you for no reason and then, out of nowhere, appear like nothing ever happened? If yes, this is the kind of jam that perfectly encapsulates their toxic behavior with lyrics that beautifully and cleverly contradict the real meaning of the track which is that once you decide to ghost someone, just leave and don’t come back to disturb their healing process…just go for it and don’t ever look back!

A captivating fusion of beats, melodies, colorful brass to underscore the track’s depth, and impressively expressive lead vocals, “Ghost Me” qualifies as the ideal choice for that dull day where you need something to brighten up your mood and cheer you up…this track does the trick.

Take some time to fully ingest and digest it, add it to your library, and surprise a fellow music enthusiast with it.
