Savor in “Sweet Honey Bee” off of the legendary three-piece Jason Jenkins’ latest “Blues & Synonyms” album.

Up until this moment, my life has just been a steady stream of happiness and unyielding joy, and this has got nothing to do with wealth or money but with the mere fact that I listen to Jason Jenkins’ ineffably beautiful music. Have you ever listened to music so great that it made you want to cry? Exactly! That’s the feeling I get every time the well-manicured and nourished melodies from Jason Jenkins play out for my devices. A trio fronted by one veteran bassist, Jason Jenkins, the band has managed to perform at the highest level for close to three decades, and they are still fresh and inventive just like the first day they started fueling their creative passions and musical pursuits.

While people are really trying hard to look normal, you might have noticed that despite their best acting efforts, the air and vibe are just different; take it from me, this has everything to do with “Blues & Synonyms,”  Jason Jenkins’ latest 9-piece project that legally exceeds the limits of musical gratification!

The tune “Sweet Honey Bee” really lives up to its delectable title; this is a culmination of sweetness from start to finish, and it is 7 minutes long! That marriage between the dominantly flavored and professionally performed saxophone with the drums and the mellow piano whisks a listener to within a feeling distance of paradise!

As the track builds, an engrossing double bass is filtered through the sound; adding an inexpressibly exquisite feel to the quintessence of sonic elegance and warmth in this piece. “Sweet Honey Bee” is just the ultimate distillation of magical artistry!

There is hella that comes from where “Sweet Honey Bee” was tapped, and all you have to do to indulge in this epic elegance is follow the attached link and experience a feeling close to heaven on earth!
