Crafting a Piece of Music That Is Brimming With Melody and Soaked in an Exciting Sense of Spontaneity Bangalorean Alternative Pop Artist Josh Menon Dazzles in “Pugwash”

Josh Menon is a singer/songwriter and producer who hails from Los Angeles. There is a uniqueness to his craft as he goes over the limit to make sure his loyal fans are thoroughly entertained by improvising astoundingly and combining a capacious range of musical and cultural influences to create music that transcends the lyrical and musical boundaries in ways that pop music cannot define! He also happens to be an extremely gifted filmmaker who directs music videos and other ingenious forms of visual content. Some of his popular tracks include “Uglyboy”, “July”, “hbo max”, and the tracks “L.A Traffic in my mind”, “Charlie’s Golden Ticket” and “Flowers” from his “Dolphin Cove” EP. To date, he has amassed over 350 K streams across all digital streaming platforms and has over 1.3 K monthly Spotify listeners.

“Pugwash” is a single off of his 2021 album “My only Platonic Love” and this is a standout heartwarming track with an abundance of melody throughout starting with the welcoming thrill of the guitar solo which perfectly lays down a harmonic path for the rest of the lush and pop-like alluring melodicism to follow. The smooth and stupendously arranged instruments lay their claim magnificently and have a familiar rhythmic quality that keeps playing in a listener’s head like a mantra.

The fantastic vocal lines performed in his sultry and commanding voice complemented to extravagance with the extra melody of what feels like some electric guitars play an integral role of giving this track its undeniable unpredictability. The poppy melody boasts of a strong arrangement and the track has a great natural flow to it that gently carries the listener from start to finish, ensuring they are heavily invested in the music and are able to experience the song in a purposeful yet carefree manner. There is so much ingenuity in his simplicity that remains unrivaled – his way of making this groove sound so easy is really intriguing for there is so much on display that fits like a perfect match and yet requires so much artistic detail to appear so flawless! Hands down to such a musical approach! “Pugwash” is available on all major streaming platforms as is the album “My only Platonic Love”.
