Philly-based music producer Michael Ross Catania is back with a new summer hit anthem dubbed “Can’t Stop The Funk”

Based out of the Philadelphia region, Michael Ross Catania is a standout music producer and American inventor who has always tried to accentuate the performance aspect of his music with top-notch productions that take cues from the music he grew up listening to, delivered with the twist of today to appeal to wider audiences. His boundary-pushing approach to production and innovation sets him apart from any music producer you’ll ever come across. He also exudes an unapologetic charisma, charm, and confidence that you can only earn.

The highly rated producer is currently making waves with his latest project, dubbed “Can’t Stop The Funk”- a feel-good summer hit anthem featuring UGENE NIGHT.

As you’d expect with any other summer anthem, “Can’t Stop The Funk” has the ability to make one dance…except this is not just any other summer hit anthem; this is special, the arrangement is immaculate, and the production is stupendous.

Set to an up-tempo funky beat with hip hop and pop influences, there is a nostalgic element to this beat, suggesting that Michael most probably tapped into the sound of the 80s and early 90s to create this catchy and timeless beat that is irresistible and lush.

Michael’s production here is a seamless fit with UGENE’s voice, giving the song that depth, color, and emotional resonance. He really affords him real comfort, and this is what makes this an all-round track that has replay value.

I always love something that makes me want to move, and “Can’t Stop The Funk” has all the ingredients of a dance staple: immediately the track starts playing, you will be up on your feet, moving in time with the beat.

So let’s all raise those hands or bottles in the air, crank the volume up all the way, and sing along with the catchy hooks as we dance like no one’s watching…even though they probably are!
