Hip-Hop Artist PIVE Has Dropped Another Powerful Project, “Dreamer,” and Its Music Video for “Chemistry” Features the Model Romey Fox.

PIVE has a way of hitting you with lyrics that feel both personal and powerful, and he’s back with a new album called “Dreamer.” Across these 10 tracks, he gets personal about his life, telling stories of his come-up, of shaking off labels like ‘weirdo’ and ‘clown,’ and carving out his own space in music. It’s an introspective album, and at just over 31 minutes, it’s well worth the listen. After becoming a fan from his “I Will Forever Be” series, I was excited to hear this project, and I think it has the potential to connect with a lot of people.

With “Dreamer,” PIVE treats his music like a statement. These tracks are meant to inspire and challenge things, demanding to be heard as more than just background noise.

The album opens with “Put Em Up,” an anthem that feels deep from the very first line. It has a cinematic quality that pulls you in, almost like a wrestler’s entrance theme; I kept picturing The Undertaker walking to the ring. The song is an affirmation about giving your all, swinging heavy even if you fall, and just keeping at it until you make it. The hook is so strong it stays with you long after the song ends. PIVE’s distinct flow and voice really complete the track.

“Rock the Flow” has that nostalgic, underground hip-hop feel. PIVE doesn’t hold back, coming in with a heavy lyrical presence and trading bars over a uniquely sleek beat. This one also has a memorable hook that sticks with you. The track feels like a nod to his journey and a moment of gratitude for how far he’s come. It’s clear he’s been ready for this for a long time and isn’t planning on slowing down. There are definitely a few warning shots in there for the doubters, too.

On “Clown,” soft piano keys set a heartfelt tone before the track shifts into an unorthodox beat. PIVE’s delivery is raw and emotional here, showing a more vulnerable side to his art. He actually sings the hook, which shows off his versatility. If you listen closely, you can hear hints of R&B, pop, and even a little rock sensibility. At its core, “Clown” is about PIVE’s difficult path, proving people wrong and rising above the stereotypes to become one of the most promising hip-hop artists out of Spokane, Washington.

“Chemistry” is a straight-up club banger, full of dance energy and romantic vibes. The hook, “Hey, hot girl got chemistry, yeah girl feel so so real, hey girl we got chemistry,” is the kind that gets stuck in your head for days. The song’s music video is great, featuring model Romey Fox, who has appeared in several of his videos. She brings a lot of color and energy that supports the song’s message. It’s a sleek, seductive track that pulls from R&B, trap, and pop to create something cinematic and fun.

“Real Ones 2” starts with a beautiful, haunting melody that gives the song its emotional weight. PIVE brings an R&B feel to the track, supported by some really creative instrumentation. It’s the perfect song for celebrating the friends and brothers who have been there through it all. It makes you want to pour a drink and raise a glass to the people who are still by your side.

“Make It Count” is a head-banger right from the start. The beat has an incredible energy, matched by PIVE’s confident vocal performance. He sounds like he’s floating over the track, delivering lyrics about his mission to take over the scene and bring his city with him. He has a certain charm in his delivery that is really connecting with fans.

You can stream “Dreamer” now on platforms like Spotify. PIVE has also put out some excellent music videos for tracks like “Rock the Flow” and “Real Ones 2” on his official YouTube channel.
