South Jersey rock band Storm delivers a classic, blues-tinged rock ballad dubbed “Our Love”

Storm’s artistry is a refreshing blend of anthemic, energetic, classic-tapped rock with raw, honest storytelling. The band infuses their dynamic songwriting with a wall of emotive vocal harmonies delivered by Chell, Michelle Perkins, as she brings the inspiration to life, over a stunning concoction of nostalgic yet relevant lush melodies. Energetic guitar solos and driven and punchy low-end guitar harmonies born from overlistening to 80s blues rock is Storm in a nutshell as they deliver music that is bright and bubbly, punchy and beautifully layered with lyrics that are easy to identify with for any human being.

Storm returns with another enchanting, classic-fueled blues rock ballad dubbed “Our Love” that was produced by Grammy award producer Andy Kravitz, who also doubles down as the song’s drummer due to the founder’s medical condition.

A shimmering blend of the drums and guitar sets an inviting tone that is haunting and affecting before that insane guitar solo underscores the song’s blues allure. With this hauntingly beautiful backdrop laid, Michelle wastes no time, bringing the song’s inspiration to life with some vivid lyrics that pertain to the kind of strong, genuine, and real love for someone who means the world to the protagonist.

The song is guaranteed to hit a listener right in the nostalgia thanks to its palpable classic feel inspired by the golden age of rock, and even then, there is quite a significant amount of contemporary influence to make it resonate even with the current generation.

Michelle does incredibly well with her self-assured vocals that are rich, soulful, and emotive, underscoring the song’s inspiration with such grace and emotion.

“Our Love” is the kind of track that transcends mere rock appeal; this is a blend of strength and vulnerability boasting such a standout production and dexterous execution, making it a must-listen for anyone who loves some infectious and relatable classic rock music.

With more than 18K Spotify streams since its release a few days ago, it is already clear the massive impact this song is generating.
