His latest string of releases has been inspired by his newborn daughter, Penelope—an inestimably beautiful and joyous addition he’ll never forget. He recalls how she was so small that he could cup her head in the palm of his hand, her ears sticking out a little, with light shining through them and her delicate skin. Zachary has now released the lead single, “Travelling,” from his highly anticipated album “The Champion.” This album is actually his last project of the year, after which he intends to take a much-needed break to spend some quality time with his family.
“Travelling” was written by Zachary as a self-reflective story about his journey to the studio and recording his music. Its introspective and autobiographical lyrics capture the moment of him writing the song in the presence of his daughter and partner as they headed down to the studio to meet his friends and producers, Josh Zuckermann and Tim J. Abbot.
