Experience the Serenity Within: Samuel López-Lago’s ‘Camino’ EP Takes You on a Journey of Inner Connection

Close your eyes and let the soothing sounds of Samuel López-Lago’s latest EP, ‘Camino’, transport you on a transformative journey of self-discovery.

López-Lago’s music is a unique sonorous experience that draws on the artist’s extensive experience with meditation and mindfulness.

For over a decade, López-Lago has dedicated himself to the practice of meditation, and through years of dedicated study and practice, he has become a Certified Meditation Teacher CMT-500™ and a Certified Yoga Teacher CYT-500™, and holds a Master’s Degree in Mindfulness from Universidad Isabel I.

His latest EP, ‘Camino’, is a reflection of his personal journey of self-discovery, an expression of his deep connection to the practices of meditation and mindfulness. Composed and creatively directed by López-Lago, and produced by Carlos Carty, the EP is a collection of five tracks that represent different stages of the artist’s path to self-discovery.

Each track has a unique character, but all are unified by the artist’s skillful blend of ethnic and digital sounds. The harmonious interplay of instruments such as piano, Celtic harp, singing bowls, and bamboo flutes evoke a sense of enlightenment, taking the listener on a journey of inner peace and tranquility. The absence of titles in the tracks is intentional, inviting the listener to embark on their own journey of self-discovery while listening.

The five tracks on the EP represent different stages of the artist’s own journey, and each one has a unique character. ‘Primer Camino’ is a gentle introduction, while ‘Segundo Camino’ has a more introspective and contemplative feel. ‘Tercer Camino’ is an uplifting track that inspires hope and optimism, while ‘Cuarto Camino’ is a reminder of the importance of self-care. Finally, ‘Quinto Camino’ brings the listener to a state of peacefulness and serenity.

For López-Lago, ‘Camino’ is more than just an EP, it’s an opportunity to share the transformative power of mindfulness with others. He recently published the book ‘Clayfulness’ (Experimenta Editorial), which offers an innovative approach to mindfulness practices based on manual work with clay.

The music in ‘Camino’ is a testament to López-Lago’s deep connection with mindfulness practices. It’s an extension of his personal meditation practice and an opportunity to share the transformative power of mindfulness with others. For López-Lago, music is a means of reaching a deeper level of understanding and connection with the self, and it’s an invitation for the listener to do the same.

Whether you’re a seasoned meditation practitioner or new to the practice, the music in this EP is sure to help you achieve a state of calm and tranquility. So why not put on your headphones, close your eyes, and let the music guide you on your own personal path to self-discovery. ‘Camino’ is available on all major streaming services and is a must-listen for anyone who wants to connect with their inner self.
