For over a decade, López-Lago has dedicated himself to the practice of meditation, and through years of dedicated study and practice, he has become a Certified Meditation Teacher CMT-500™ and a Certified Yoga Teacher CYT-500™, and holds a Master’s Degree in Mindfulness from Universidad Isabel I.
His latest EP, ‘Camino’, is a reflection of his personal journey of self-discovery, an expression of his deep connection to the practices of meditation and mindfulness.
