Indie Pop Empress, Speakeazie, is Back With an Emotional and Enticing Ballad, “Love Me Wild, Love Me Crazy”

Speakeazie has been ingeniously presenting her listeners with a dreamy world of pop where they can escape from their worries and the inundating crashing complexities. Her soulful singing over some warm and lush pop instrumentation is just the right dose of therapy needed as you drown your soul into the melodic effervescence and watch as your anguish miraculously fades away. The beauty in music is in its resonance qualities and Speakeazie’s emotion-filled tunes carry with them that deeply relatable attribute both in lyricism and melodicism. We all have witnessed with our naked ears what she is capable of- showcasing no limit to her flair in the “Bootlegger Blood” EP and bewitchingly fascinating in the single, “Never Hurt You Like You Hurt Me.” She is now back with another melodic charmer, “Love Me Wild, Love Me Crazy!”

The tiny details matter in music and starting from the intro, this ballad entrancingly makes its way to a listener’s heart with the adorable euphonious keys glowing and growing from the background- calling love from within the shadows of doubt! In the splendorous build-up, we are given a bewitchingly glimpse of her vocal taste with that whispery demeanor that resembles Billie Eilish’s one!

The blend of the mellow instrumentation with her angelic colored and dreamy-like aesthesis vocal glamour is what takes you to heaven in an instance as you get lost in the pure fantasy that her world affords. Throughout the 3 minutes and 19 seconds, you operate on a highly hypnotic nature with some enticing piano haunting you for the better part of it and her voice breaking the sabotaging self-doubt about love through your heart like a sharp sword!

The only bad thing about the track is that it ends but that is rectifiable with the touch of the repeat button as you immerse yourself right into the strong feelings of love amidst some restrictions of self-insecurities. In the end, love outrightly wins!

Like always, she did not disappoint and those who love deep and hopeless romantics like me will be thoroughly endeared to this powerful tune as we make it a favorite these summer months and beyond.
