New York based veteran melodic rock singer and songwriter Todd Michael Chapman has officially dropped his new EP, “Now & Again.”

Music has always been Todd Michael Chapman’s creative outlet, and ever since he learned to play the guitar at age 7, he has never looked back, going on to hone his songwriting skills and craft by being involved in his school’s select chorus and multiple church folk groups. By age 19, he had already recorded some of his original songs. While music always seemed like his first love, it had to take a back seat when he took on a career in technology and had to relocate to Phoenix, AZ. Long story short, it was only after the pandemic hit that he was able to get back to his passion for making music again!

Over the years he has been writing and recording music, Todd Michael Chapman has crafted his own lane of melodic rock with shades of blues and hints of country and folk. He connects with his audiences by putting his heart and soul into his songs whilst ingeniously investing in real-life stories and experiences into the lyrics, combining this with its crossover appeal- it’s absolutely no wonder Todd Michael Chapman has achieved international acclaim!

His 6-piece EP “Now & Again” is a culmination of his newly written tracks as well as rewrites of a few of his old compositions to engineer a bona fide standout body of work that cuts across blues rock, country, and folk sounds intriguing!

In a track like “Love is Alright,”  Todd Michael Chapman’s vocals scream folk, while the instrumentation tells the tale of melodic rock—this combination itself is celestial. Rooted in poignant yet unassuming musical landscapes complimented by the emotionally relatable lyrics and warm vocals, Todd really delves deep into the folk rock genre with a thousand-yard stare! That guitar work is also otherworldly!

The tracks “Happy Hour” and “Just Let It Go” are “feel-good” type anthems made for everyone in the mood to enjoy phenomenally crafted music. That impressive blend of rhythm and melody just inspires one to dance along joyously, face plastered with glee! And that harmonica in “Just Let it Go” is simply delectable!

Genre-wise tracks like “The One” and “Devil Woman” are drenched in blues rock, and as a guitarist himself, Todd once again showcases his instrumental prowess that cannot be matched—even the inexperienced ear can most certainly grasp the precision and technique in Todd’s delivery.

“Now & Again” guarantees a little something for everyone; follow the attached link and find what tickles your fantasy from this timeless collection!
