French singer-songwriter Fox Nigon is back with a new catchy and rock-flavored single titled “My Love is True.”

Fox Nigon is an artist whose life has been as varied and layered as his music. Despite all the changes and the notable bouts of health challenges following a stroke he suffered way back in 2008, music has remained an ever-present part of his life, as evidenced by his career, which has spanned decades of success flanked by a number of studio albums, EPs, and countless singles. Fox has grown to become one of the most impactful independent eclectic artists of his generation, renowned for using his music to raise consciousness by writing about themes such as self-discovery, mental health, therapy, spirituality, and cosmic revelations as much as love, relationships, and heartbreaks.

Fox’s songs that cut across pop, rock, folk, and blues shift from mystic rumination to reflections on past lives while thoughtfully meditating on the present and diligently contemplating the mysteries of the unknown future and beyond!

His new single, “My Love is True,” is a departure from his more serious subject matter to a more humorous and lighter theme, but meaningful all the same. What really stands out is its infectious quality, which you will grasp from the dedicated singing and a special guest appearance from the talented actress MaryKat.

Fox Nigon has a distinctive voice that carries a raw and emotive quality with the pop-rock instrumentation that features some riveting guitar riffs and driving rhythms, creating that sense of urgency and intensity, and offering solid support for Nigon’s vocals to flourish.

With the engrossing guitar riffs and Fox’s intensely beautiful vocals, this track grabs the listener’s attention from the get-go and doesn’t let go until the very end. The chorus, too, is unforgettable and easy to sing along to, which makes this a colorful, engaging, and memorable song.

At its heart, “My Love is True” is delivered from a contrasting point of view between two lovers, especially with the man being a sort of selfish and insecure prat who doesn’t completely trust their partner despite not giving them any reasons not to.

The music video is beautiful and comical, and really fits in with the track’s narrative to keep you glued to the screen throughout the track’s length—it is little wonder why it already has over 62K views!
